Before I show you how to create a STC solar installation job. Let me first quickly show you how to add an installer to your retailer portal. Click Installers here on the left hand side menu.

Here you see a list of all your existing installers. So to create a new installer. Click on Add an installer button.

Alright so to create an installer we need to fill this form. Let me quickly fill the mandatory fields here.

And, see here it is important to mark whether the installer is also a designer, an electrician and a plumber. You'll note that I marked this installer to be a designer and an electrician only and not a plumber for demo purposes. Click Create!

Great! You have added the installer successfully to your retailer portal. Let's create a STC solar installation job now. And, we should be able to use this installer which we just created. Let's go.

Click "PVD Jobs"
So To schedule a solar installation job. Access the "PVD Jobs" section.

Work Type
Select the 'Work Type' you would like. There are three options. We select STC as this demo is focussed on a how to create a Solar Panel installation job. The other two options - PRC BESS 1 and 2 are for Battery installation which is covered in another demo video.

Next we move to System Information. Select how the system would be connected. ON or OFF grid. In this case let's select On Grid

So now it's time to select how you want the STC value to be paid. For now, choose OSW Credit. This option allows you to use this credit to purchase solar panels or inverters from OSW in future. You can also choose cash if you would like to get paid the STC value via bank account. But please note that Cash trade usually takes more time.
