GreenDeal Installer App – Battery STC User Guide

The GreenDeal Installer App is designed for installers to collect onsite data.
Any valid SAA-accredited installer can:
- Self-register via the App; or
- Be added by the retailer.

If added by the retailer, you will receive:
1. An email to verify your email address.
2. A follow-up email with login details after verification.

To start a job:
- Open the App and locate the job in the Job List.
- If the job is missing, contact your retailer to have it assigned to you.

Tap the job to view its full details:
- GWT ID
- Owner Name
- Address
- System Details

You may edit incorrect information, but double-check before starting.

Before beginning installation:
- Take a check-in selfie on site.
- The app will automatically capture geolocation (geotag).

- Scan and record the serial number of each battery module.
- Use the barcode label on the product — not the box or packing slip.
- All photos will be geotagged automatically.

During installation:
- Complete relevant setup steps.
- Take a mid-installation selfie.
​
​

- Follow the on-screen checklist.
- Items marked with “*” are mandatory for compliance.
- Ensure all photos are clear and legible.

- After installation (including testing and commissioning), take an end-installation selfie.
​
Ensure the selfie date matches the testing/commissioning date in your compliance form. If commissioning is on another day, take a new selfie on that day.

- Select the testing and commissioning date.
- Upload the relevant electrical certificate, e.g.:
- CoC (Certificate of Compliance)
- ESC (Electrical Safety Certificate)
- CCEW (NSW Certificate of Compliance – Electrical Work)

Collect the required signatures from:
- Owner (via App, SMS, or Email)
- Installer
- Designer
​

- Tap “Finish Job” at the bottom of the screen.
- To make changes after submission, tap “Re-Open” at the top right.
