All set! Welcome to the GreenDeal Retailer platform.

Clicks PV/BAT for Overview
From the left sidebar, go to Jobs → PV/BAT Jobs to open the overview.

New job?
Click “Create a Job” to start editing.

Quick locate
Use Search & Filters, set your criteria or status tab, then click Search.

Switch between Form and Cards view modes.
Use the top-right toggle—choose Form for table view or Cards for card view.

Review jobs at a glance and act quickly
Switch to Cards, view key info at a glance, use Actions (⋯) to Edit/Lodge/Schedule Date/Send Message/Delete, or click card for Job Details.

Customize columns for your workflow
Switch to Form, click Field Setting, toggle fields to show/hide and drag to reorder, then apply to update the Job List.

Job Details Overview
To open Job Details: In Form view, click the GWT ID or choose Edit from Actions (⋯); in Cards view, click the card.

All common quick action buttons are in one place.
Just choose the action you need:
Edit — update job information
Lodge STC — submit the STC claim
View STC Form — preview/print the STC form
Send Job to Installer — assign/notify the installer
Schedule Date — set or change the installation date
Place Order — create the purchase order
Finish Job — mark the job as completed
Delete Job — remove the job (if allowed by role/status)
📌 Note: Available buttons vary by user role and job status (New / Scheduled / Installing / Installed / Lodged / RFI).

Progress timeline: icons show status—green check = completed, spinner/highlight = current, grey = not started.

📌 Tip — Tabs & actions by status
New / Scheduled / Installing: Statement and Supporting Documents are visible and editable (you can upload / replace / delete).
Installed / Lodged: Statement and Supporting Documents are hidden or view-only; upload/replace/delete is disabled. Use Attachments / History & Notes for review and audit.
RFI: Statement and Supporting Documents reappear and become editable so you can fix and resubmit.

View key job info at a glance.
From Job Information, view Summary, Owner Details, System Description, Installer Details, Installation Address, Designer Details, and Electrician Details on one page.

View & edit serial numbers on one page
Go to Device Serial Number(s) to review inverter/battery SNs; use Find to locate entries, then select a thumbnail to view full size.

Review & manage Installer Checklist on one page
Open Installer Checklist to see all items at a glance; select a photo to enlarge, use + to add/replace, and Delete to remove.

Check auto validation & view details
Use Auto Check to review each checkpoint’s Status and Automatic Check Result (✓ compliant, ✗/! needs fix or missing).
For Panel Model / Inverter Model / Selfie, AI auto-recognizes photos; if a result looks wrong, choose Check Detail to see the reason, extracted Manufacturer/Model, and the original photo—then verify and retake/reupload via Installer Checklist.

Manage required statements & declarations
In the Statement, send signature requests via Send Web Sign or Send Mobile SMS to the right person (designer/installer/owner/retailer); once signed, the signed file appears here—click to view signature details or download.

Submit required supporting documents
In Supporting Documents, use the “+” on each row to upload; once uploaded, select the file to preview inline, or use Delete to remove. 📌 Note: CER-required evidence—retain for 5+ years; CER may request anytime, penalties may apply if missing.

Access job documents
Under Attachments, view documents inline (zoom in/out)—e.g., COES/CCEW, invoices, contracts; all of this job’s Battery serial number files can be viewed and downloaded here.

Track changes & leave notes
In History & Notes, review the audit trail (action, date, user, details) and use Add Note to record updates or handover comments.
