Photo Checklist for STC Battery Labelling Requirements

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This checklist follows the same order as the GreenDeal Installer Checklist.

It provides detailed instructions on how to capture the required labels in line with the new labelling requirements.

1. Meter Box (Closed)

The installer needs to take a photo of the meter box with the cover closed. The photo must clearly show the β€œES” and β€œPV” labels.

2. Meter Box (Open) (Inc. Back of Cover)

The installer needs to take a photo of the meter box with the cover open. The photo should clearly show all the switches which are located inside the meter box.

If any switches have their own cover, the installer needs to keep the switch cover open when taking this photo. But the installer should not open the black panel or show any wires behind the switches.

As some labels are attached to the back of the meter box cover, the installer should ensure the back of the meter box cover is visible in the photo, or take an additional photo of the back of the meter box cover.

If there are any switches located outside the main meter box, the installer should take an additional photo of those switches with the switch cover open.

3. Shutdown Procedure Label

The installer needs to take a clear close-up photo of the shutdown procedure label. If there is more than one shutdown procedure label, separate close-up photos need to be taken for all shutdown procedure labels.

4. Battery Labelling (Front)

The installer needs to take a photo showing the front of the installed battery and all the warning signs mounted on the wall near the battery.

5. Battery Labelling (Sides)

The installer needs to take two photos of the installed battery from different angles (from the left and right sides). The warning signs do not need to be visible in both photos. We only use these photos to confirm the location of the battery and the signs.

6. Additional Warning Signs (Optional)

If there are any warning signs not included in the above photos, the installer can take and upload an additional photo for our review.
