This tutorial explains how to check your GreenSketch account binding status, start the binding process from GreenSketch, and remove the binding from your GreenDeal account if needed.
Before you start, please make sure you already have both a GreenSketch account and a GreenDeal account, and that you can log in to both accounts successfully.

1. Check Your Binding Status in GreenDeal
Log in to your GreenDeal Retailer Portal.
Click your profile avatar and select Profile to open your account settings.
Check the GreenSketch status in the Third-party Account Binding section.
If the status shows Not Bound, it means your current GreenDeal account has not been linked with a GreenSketch account yet.
2. Start the Binding Process from GreenSketch
The GreenSketch account binding process needs to be started from GreenSketch.
Go to GreenSketch and log in if needed.
Open the Projects list.
Select the project that needs rebates.
Click One-click Rebates.
Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to GreenDeal and complete the binding process.
Once the binding is completed, you can continue with the rebate job creation process in GreenDeal.
3. Remove the GreenSketch Binding
If you need to remove the current GreenSketch account binding, you can do this from your GreenDeal Profile page.
Log in to GreenDeal Retailer Portal and Select Profile.
Find the Third-party Account Binding section and click Remove.
Read the unbinding notice carefully then click Continue to confirm.
Once the confirmation message appears, the GreenSketch account has been successfully unbound from your GreenDeal account.
Notes
The binding process must be started from GreenSketch by selecting a project and clicking One-click Rebates.
If your GreenDeal account shows Not Bound, please go to GreenSketch and start the binding process from the relevant project.
After removing the binding, you can bind again by returning to GreenSketch and clicking One-click Rebates from a project.
