GreenDeal has introduced Installer Suspension Date validation to help ensure Jobs are assigned and completed only within valid accreditation periods.
What's New
Retailer Portal
Added Installer Suspension Date validation when creating Jobs with Installer-related work types (PV/Battery).
The system will check whether the selected Installer’s suspension period overlaps with the scheduled Installation Date.
If the Installation Date falls within the Installer’s Suspension Date period, the Installer cannot be selected and the Job cannot be created.
Auto Check
Added a new validation item under Auto Check → Check Installer Status.
If an Installer is suspended during the installation period, the Check Result will display:
Installer's SAA Suspended: [DD/MM/YYYY] to [DD/MM/YYYY].
Finish Job Validation
Added validation when Retailers attempt to finish a Job.
If the Installer’s suspension period overlaps with the Job installation period, the system will prevent Job completion and display the suspension period message.
Installer App
Added Installer Suspension Date validation during Job creation.
When selecting an Installer who is within a suspension period, a warning message will be displayed and users cannot proceed.

Added visibility of Installer suspension details:

Suspension End Date
