What's New

GreenSketch Account Binding Management

GreenDeal now supports GreenSketch Account Binding Management, allowing Retailers to manage their GreenSketch account connection directly through GreenDeal.

View Guides

Check GreenSketch Binding Status

  • Added GreenSketch account binding status under the Retailer Profile.

  • Retailers can check whether their GreenDeal account is currently linked with a GreenSketch account.

Start GreenSketch Account Binding

  • Retailers can now start the account binding process from GreenSketch.

  • To complete the binding process:

    • Log in to GreenSketch.

    • Select the required project.

    • Click One-click Rebates.

    • Follow the instructions to log in to GreenDeal and complete the binding process.

Remove GreenSketch Account Binding

  • Added the option to remove an existing GreenSketch account binding from the GreenDeal Profile page.

  • Retailers can manage their GreenSketch account connection based on their needs.

Updated Photo Guidance for PV & Battery Jobs

GreenDeal Installer App has updated photo guidance to help Installers capture clearer and more consistent compliance photos.

PV Job – Panel Mid-Installation Selfie

  • Updated the guidance text for Panel Mid-Installation Selfie.

  • The instruction has been updated from: "Background Must Show Panels or Mountings presented" to: "Background Must Show Panels or Mountings present"

  • The updated wording provides clearer instructions for installers when capturing mid-installation selfie photos.

Battery Job – Meter Box (Open) Photo Guidance

  • Updated photo guidance images for:

Battery Job → Meter Box (Open) (Including Back of Cover)

  • Added clearer reference examples, including:

    • Alternative Supply Switchboard

    • Normal Meter Box
