📊 Where can I check the status of my Jobs?

How to check the Job status.

You can check your Job status directly in the GreenDeal Retailer Portal. The available options depend on the stage of the Job.

📋 Option 1: Check the Status from the Job List

For PV/BAT Jobs, go to Jobs → PV/BAT Jobs.

You can:

  1. View each Job's current status directly in the Status column.

  2. Use the status tabs, such as New, Scheduled, Installing, Installed, Lodged and RFI, to quickly find Jobs at a particular stage.

  3. Search for a specific Job using the GWT ID or other available filters.

💡 For SWH Jobs: The process is the same — go to Jobs → SWH Jobs and check the status from the Job list.

✅ Option 2: Check the Status of Lodged Jobs

For Jobs that have already been installed and lodged:

  1. Go to Jobs → Lodged Jobs.

  2. Use the available search fields to find the relevant Job, such as the GWT ID.

  3. Check the Job under the relevant tab, such as Awaiting Confirmation, Pending Payment or Paid.

  4. You can view additional information directly from the list, including the Job's Status and Payment Status.

  5. Under Action, you can also generate a Job Pack to keep a record of the Job's installation details and documentation.

📁 Tip: The Job Pack is useful for keeping a record of the completed installation and related Job information.
