Feature Update | BESS3 & BESS4 Jobs
GreenDeal has introduced an integrated CDC document and remote signing workflow for BESS3 and BESS4 Jobs, making it easier for retailers to access required documents, manage signing options and obtain landowner authorisation.
What's New
1. Flexible E-Signing Options
When creating a BESS3 or BESS4 Job, retailers can now choose how to manage document signing:
Send Automatically: An e-sign link can be sent to the landowner during Job creation.
Send Later: Choose to send the e-sign link when ready.
Download Templates: Download the required forms for manual completion and email submission.
2. Easy Access to CDC Document Templates
The View Template option allows retailers to preview or download the following documents directly from GreenDeal:
Battery CDC Checklist
Engagement Form
Owner's Consent Form
3. Retailer Signing & Landowner Authorisation
Navigate to Job Details → Statement to:
Sign the Engagement Form as the retailer.
Send an e-sign link to the landowner to request authorisation.
