GreenDeal now supports Multi-ACP (Accredited Certificate Provider) functionality for NSW BESS Activities, allowing Retailers to activate multiple ACP partners, complete the required training, and select an eligible ACP when creating PRC Jobs.
This feature applies to NSW BESS2, BESS3, BESS4 and BESS5 Activities.
This guide walks you through ACP activation, Installer applications, and ACP selection during Job creation.
🔐 Access Permissions
The Multi-ACP feature will initially be available to Company Admin users on the Retailer Portal Dashboard.
Once enabled by a Company Admin, User and Viewer accounts under the same company will also have access to the Multi-ACP feature.
🤝 Supported ACP Partners
GreenDeal currently supports three ACP partners for NSW BESS Activities:

💡 Good to know: Multiple ACP partnerships can be managed under the same GreenDeal Retailer account.
🚀 How to Activate an ACP Partner
Retailers can activate an ACP partnership, sign the relevant Terms & Conditions, and complete training directly through the GreenDeal Retailer Portal.
Step 1: Access PRC Incentive
Log in to the GreenDeal Retailer Portal.
Navigate to PRC → PRC Incentive.
If PRC services have not yet been enabled, follow the on-screen instructions to activate them.

Step 2: Select Your ACP Partner
Click Select another ACP partner.
Review the available ACP partners and their supported BESS Activities.
Select the ACP you wish to activate.
ACPs with the latest Terms & Conditions already signed will be marked Activated and do not need to be activated again.

Step 3: Sign the Terms & Conditions
After selecting an ACP:
Read & Sign the ACP's Terms & Conditions and scroll to the bottom.
Tick the agreement checkbox and submit.
Complete any required COC information as prompted.
📌 Note: Each ACP has its own Terms & Conditions, which must be signed separately.

Step 4: Complete ACP Training
Once the agreement has been signed:
Review the required Training Modules for the selected ACP.
Spend at least 1 minute reviewing each training document and scroll to the bottom.
Click End This Training.
Enter your name and position to save your training record.
You can check your training status under PRC Incentive → ACP Partner:
⏳ Pending Training: Training is incomplete.
✅ Training Passed: Training is complete.
If training is incomplete, click Finish Training to continue.

Manage Your ACP Partnerships
Under PRC Incentive → ACP Partner, you can also:
View your activated ACP partners.
Check supported BESS Activities and training status.
Access training materials and reference documents.
Activate additional ACP partners.
If an ACP updates its Terms & Conditions, GreenDeal will prompt you to review and confirm the latest agreement.
⚠️ Important: Declining updated Terms & Conditions may suspend your partnership with that ACP and affect related PRC Jobs or applications.
👷 How to Invite Installers for ACP Approval
Installers must complete the relevant ACP application and receive approval before they can be selected for Jobs under that ACP.
Retailers can send individual or bulk invitations through the GreenDeal Retailer Portal.
Step 1: Access the Installers Page
Log in to the GreenDeal Retailer Portal and navigate to: Retailer Portal → Installers
From here, you can choose to invite a single Installer or multiple Installers at once.
Option A: Invite an Individual Installer
Find the Installer you wish to invite.
Click the corresponding Invite icon.
In the Choose ACP for this invitation to apply window, select the relevant ACP partner(s).
Click Invite Installers to send the invitation.
You can select multiple ACPs in a single invitation.
Option B: Invite Multiple Installers (Bulk Invite)
To invite multiple Installers:
Go to Retailer Portal → Installers.
Click Bulk Invite for BESS.
Select the Installers you wish to invite.
Click Select ACP to continue.
Choose the relevant ACP partner(s).
Click Invite Installers to send the invitations.
The system will automatically exclude Installers who already have an Approved status for the applicable BESS application process.
📌 Note: Only ACP partners already activated under your Retailer account can be selected. To activate another ACP, please complete the activation process under PRC Incentive first.

Step 2: Installer Completes the Application
Once invited, the Installer will receive a notification through the GreenDeal Installer App.
They will need to:
Complete the required personal and accreditation information.
Upload any required supporting documents.
Review the ACP-specific Terms & Conditions and training materials.
Sign and submit the application.
After submission, the corresponding ACP approval status will be updated automatically.
Retailers can check each Installer's approval status in the Installers section:
✅ Approved: Application approved.
⏳ Pending: Application awaiting approval.
❌ Rejected: Application rejected.
⚠️ Important: Installer approval is specific to each ACP. An Installer approved by EFSS is not automatically approved by Creditex.

📝 How to Select an ACP When Creating a PRC Job
Once the required ACP training has been completed, Retailers can select an eligible ACP when creating a NSW BESS PRC Job.
Step 1: Select the BESS Activity
Create a new Job in GreenDeal and select the relevant activity type.
Step 2: Choose Your ACP
In the PRC ACP / Agent field, select your preferred ACP from the available options.
Only ACPs with completed training for the selected BESS Activity will appear.
💡 Example: If you have completed the required BESS4 training for both EFSS and Creditex, you can choose either ACP when creating a BESS4 Job.
Step 3: Select an Approved Installer
Select an Installer who has an Approved status under your chosen ACP.
GreenDeal will validate the Installer's approval status against the selected ACP.
If the required Retailer training is incomplete, the system will display a prompt with a Learn More link directing you to PRC Incentive.

❓Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Can I activate multiple ACP partners under one GreenDeal account?
Yes. You can activate and manage multiple ACP partnerships within the same Retailer account.
Q2. Who can access the Multi-ACP feature?
The feature is initially available to Company Admin users. Once enabled by a Company Admin, User and Viewer accounts under the same company will also have access.
Q3. Does this feature apply to all Australian states?
No. Multi-ACP Support currently applies to NSW BESS Activities (BESS2–BESS5) only.
Q4. Does completing training or receiving approval with one ACP cover other ACPs?
No. Each ACP has its own requirements.
Retailers must complete the relevant training, and Installers must be approved for the ACP selected for the Job.
Q5. Why can't I see a particular ACP when creating a Job?
The ACP may not support the selected BESS Activity, or the required training may not have been completed.
Check your status under PRC Incentive → ACP Partner.
