📱 Complete Installer / On-Site Information

Once the BESS3 Job has been created, the Installer will need to complete the required on-site steps through the GreenDeal App.

These may include:

  • Confirming the Nomination Form has been completed before Installation Work Commences

  • Completing the required On-Site Selfies

  • Taking the required site and equipment photos

  • Entering Serial Numbers

  • Completing the required Checklist

  • Uploading Certificates and other required documents

⚠️ BESS3 Important

The Switchboard before Installation Photo is a critical BESS3 requirement.

The Installer must capture this evidence before installation work begins.

📌 Make sure the required photo is completed in the App before commencing the installation.

For detailed Installer instructions, see:

✍️ Complete the Nomination Form

For BESS3, the Nomination Form must be signed before any installation work commences.

⚠️ If the Nomination Form is only signed after the installation has been completed, the PRC application will be invalid.

The Nomination Form is separate from any STC-related signatures that may also be required for a Combination Job.

Once the required Nomination Form process is complete, the Installer can continue with the applicable on-site steps.

🔍 Run Auto Check Before Lodging

Before lodging the Job, we recommend running GreenDeal Auto Check:

  • Identify missing or inconsistent information
