Overview
The Nomination Form is an important requirement for NSW Battery Incentive applications.
BESS3, BESS4 and BESS5 use the same Nomination Form template, with relevant Job information automatically populated into the form.
📌 The Nomination Form is separate from any STC-related signatures or forms that may also be required for a Combination Job.
⏰ When Must the Nomination Form Be Completed?
The Nomination Form must be signed before any Installation Work Commences.
⚠️ If the form is only signed after the installation has been completed, the PRC application will be invalid and cannot be remedied later.
📝 How Can the Nomination Form Be Completed?
GreenDeal supports two ways to complete the Nomination Form.
📩 Option 1 | Electronic Signature
📌 The uploaded form must be complete, readable and signed before Installation Work Commences.
🤳 Nomination Form and On-Site Selfie
The Nomination Form is linked to the Installer's on-site workflow.
If the Nomination Form has not been completed, the applicable On-Site Selfie step will remain locked in the GreenDeal Installer App.
Once the signed form has been completed or uploaded, the Installer can continue with the on-site workflow.
👤 Check Owner Information Before Sending
Before sending the Nomination Form for signature, confirm that the Owner / Corporate Body and representative information is correct.
⚠️ If Owner Information is changed after the Nomination Form has been signed, GreenDeal may reset the existing signature and require the form to be signed again.
⚡️ Before Installation Begins
Before the Installer starts any installation work, confirm that:
✅ Owner Information is correct
✅ The Nomination Form contains the correct Job information
✅ The required signature has been completed
✅ The signed form is available in GreenDeal
✅ The applicable On-Site Selfie step is unlocked
📌 Do not begin installation work until the required Nomination Form has been signed.
📱 What Happens Next?
Once the Nomination Form has been completed, the Installer can continue with the applicable GreenDeal App workflow, including:
On-Site Selfies
Required site photos and evidence
Serial Numbers
Checklist Items
Certificates and Supporting Documents
