GreenDeal Auto Check helps Retailers review Job information, Supporting Documents and key compliance requirements before lodgement.
It can help identify missing information, inconsistent details or other potential compliance issues so they can be addressed before the Job is lodged.
💡 Reviewing and resolving potential issues early can help reduce compliance queries or returns during GreenDeal Compliance Review.
⏰ When Should I Use Auto Check?
We recommend running Auto Check:
After the Installer has completed the required on-site information
Once the required Supporting Documents are substantially complete
Before lodging the Job
After correcting information or adding missing documents
🔍 Step 1 | Open Auto Check
Go to the relevant Job Detail page and open: Auto Check
📋 Step 2 | Review the Results
Review the Auto Check results carefully.
✅ Compliant
The item currently meets the applicable system requirement.
❌ Not Compliant / Failed
The item requires attention.
GreenDeal will display a message to help identify what needs to be reviewed or corrected.
📌 Follow the message shown for each item before making changes to the Job.
🛠️ Step 3 | Resolve Issues and Run Auto Check Again
Based on the results, you may need to:
Add missing information
Correct inconsistent Job information
Upload Supporting Documents
Complete outstanding Checklist Items
Complete required Signatures
Review other identified compliance requirements
After making the required changes, review Auto Check again to confirm that the identified issues have been addressed.
💡 Resolving potential issues before lodgement can help reduce additional information requests during Compliance Review.
⚠️ Important
Auto Check is designed to help identify potential Job risks before lodgement, but it does not replace GreenDeal Compliance Review.
A Job may still require further review or additional information after lodgement.
For the best result, make sure the Job information, Installer evidence, Supporting Documents and Auto Check results have all been reviewed before lodging.
