Overview
Before creating a VEEC Job, Retailers need to enable VEEC access from the GreenDeal Dashboard.
The VEEC Job Creation Permission is available on the Retailer Portal Dashboard and can only be managed by a Company Admin User.
Once a Company Admin enables this permission, all Retailer Users under the same Company will automatically be granted permission to create VEEC Jobs.
📌 Before creating a VEEC Job, make sure:
VEEC Job Creation Permission has been enabled by your Company Admin.
The installation address meets the VEEC requirements (located in VIC).
🔒 Enable VEEC Job Creation Permission
To create VEEC Jobs, Retailers need to enable VEEC Job Creation Permission.
VEEC access can be enabled in either of the following ways:
Option 1|Enable VEEC from Dashboard Banner
Click the VEEC Banner on the Dashboard.
Option 2|Enable VEEC from Settings
Open the Settings menu.
Turn on the VEEC toggle switch.
After enabling VEEC access
Once VEEC access is enabled:
✅ The VEEC Work Type option will become available when creating a new Job.
If VEEC access is disabled:
❌ The VEEC Work Type option will not appear during Job creation.
⚙️ Manage Price Display Settings
To update the Dashboard price display:
Step 1|Open Field Setting
Click Field Setting in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
Step 2|Adjust Incentive Display Settings
Turn the toggle switch on or off for each incentive type.
🟢 Toggle On:
The incentive price will be displayed on the Dashboard.
⚪ Toggle Off:
The incentive price will not be displayed on the Dashboard.
Step 3|Save Changes
Click Save to apply the updated settings.
📌 Important
Field Setting only controls whether incentive prices are displayed on the Dashboard.
It does not change the VEEC Job Creation Permission setting.
