Overview
Solar VEEC Jobs require supporting documents and compliance evidence to complete the VEEC application process.
Documents do not need to be uploaded immediately during Job creation. Retailers can upload and complete the required documents after creating the Job.
๐ Before lodging a Solar VEEC Jobs, make sure:
โ All required documents have been uploaded.
โ
Required information has been completed.
โ
All supporting evidence meets the VEEC requirements.

๐ Please make sure uploaded files are clear and readable before submission.
๐ง Consumer Documents
During Solar VEEC Jobs creation, Retailers need to provide the required VEEC consumer information.
The following documents may be required:
๐ Copy of email with fact sheets
Keep evidence showing that the required fact sheets have been sent to the Owner / Consumer.
๐ Copy of email with Code of Conduct
Keep evidence showing that the Code of Conduct information has been provided to the Owner / Consumer.
๐ Consumer Statement of Rights
Upload the completed Consumer Statement of Rights document.

The following documents provide system and installation information.
๐ Quotation & System Design and Performance
Upload the quotation and system design documentation.
๐ Data Sheet
The Data Sheet should clearly show:
โ Product Model

Electrical Specifications
โ
Relevant Certifications
๐ Single-Line Diagram
Upload the Single-Line Diagram for the installed system.
๐ฐ Tax Invoice Requirement
Upload the Tax Invoice under Job Attachments.
After uploading the Tax Invoice, an additional field will become available:
Amount of benefit provided for assignment of certificates (Include GST)
Complete this field with the amount shown on the Tax Invoice.
๐ Make sure:
โ The amount includes GST.
โ
The entered amount matches the Tax Invoice.
โก DNSP Documents
๐ DNSP Contract
Upload the DNSP Contract before lodging the Solar VEEC Jobs.
๐ DNSP Connection Approval
Upload the DNSP Connection Approval document.
After uploading this document, the following field will become available: Validation Date
๐ Select the appropriate Validation Date based on the project information.
๐ซ ESC Acceptance Document
For projects identified as: Scheduled Activity Premises
The following attachment field will be available:
๐ ESC Acceptance of Your Notification to Undertake a Prescribed Activity
Upload the relevant document before lodging the Solar VEEC Jobs.
โก CCEW / COES Requirement
After uploading the:
Certificate of Electrical Safety (CCEW / COES)
Retailers need to complete:
CCEW / COES Number
๐ Important:
Uploading the document alone is not enough.
Make sure the corresponding Number has also been entered.
This information will be used when generating the VEEC Assignment Form.

If additional supporting evidence is required for the project, upload it under:

Some documents may not be required to be uploaded immediately during Job creation.
However, missing required documents or information may prevent the Solar VEEC Jobs from passing validation during Lodgement.
