Before creating a Solar VEEC Job, Retailers should confirm that the project information meets the VEEC requirements supported in GreenDeal.

Completing these checks before creating a Job can help avoid validation issues during the Job creation and lodgement process.

📌 Before creating a Solar VEEC Job, make sure the following information is ready:

✅ Installation Address

✅ Property Type

✅ Scheduled Activity Premises information

✅ Connection Type

✅ NMI

✅ Panel Capacity

✅ Inverter Capacity

✅ Panel Installation Type (if applicable)

Solar VEEC Jobs must use an installation address located in: Victoria (VIC)

If the installation address does not meet the VEEC requirements, GreenDeal may prevent the Job from continuing.

Solar VEEC Job currently support the following Property Types:

✅ Commercial

✅ School

When creating a Solar VEEC Job, select the right Property Type that matches the actual project.

During Job creation, Retailers need to confirm: Is a Scheduled Activity Premises?

Select the option based on the actual project information.

If the project is identified as a Scheduled Activity Premises:

Solar VEEC Jobs only support: ✅ On-Grid

Please make sure the selected Connection Type matches the actual system installation.

A valid NMI is required for Solar VEEC Jobs.

Please note:

📌 The same NMI can only be used once for a VEEC application.

If the NMI has already been used in another Solar VEEC Job, GreenDeal will display a validation message.

Panel Capacity requirements depend on the selected Job combination.

Please check the applicable capacity range before creating the Job.

For all Jobs containing VEEC: The total inverter capacity must be ≥ 30kW

If the inverter capacity does not meet the requirement, GreenDeal will display a validation message.

For Jobs containing:

Panel Installation Type can only be:

✅ New

✅ Replacement

The following options are unavailable:

❌ Extension

❌ Additional

📌 If Extension or Additional is selected, the system will prompt you to apply for STC and VEEC separately or remove one claim type.
