Overview
After a Solar VEEC job is created by the Retailer, the Installer can continue the installation workflow through the GreenDeal Installer App.
This guide explains how Installers complete Solar VEEC jobs, including:

🔍 Step 1|Find the Solar VEEC job
Open the GreenDeal Installer App and go to the Job List.
Solar VEEC jobs can be identified by: Job Type VEEC-PV. Select the job you need to complete.
👤 Step 2|Review Owner Details
Open the Job Details page and review the Owner Information.
Confirm:
✅ Owner Details are correct
✅ Property Type matches the project
For Solar VEEC jobs, Property Type should be:
Commercial
or School
📍 Step 3|Confirm Installation Address
Review the Installation Address information.
Make sure:
✅ The address matches the actual installation location
.
✅ The address is located in VIC.
⚙️ Step 4|Review System Information
Review the system details before completing the installation.
Check:
🔌 Connection Type
Solar VEEC jobs support: ✅ On-Grid
🔋 Battery Connection
Confirm whether the installed system includes a battery.
☀️ System Information
Confirm that the installed system information matches the Job details.
📄 Step 5|Complete Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES/CCEW)
For Solar VEEC jobs, the Installer can complete the Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES/CCEW) section through the Installer App. Alternatively, the Retailer can upload the COES/CCEW document through the Retailer Portal.
📤 Upload COES/CCEW Document from Installer App
The Installer can upload the Certificate of Electrical Safety using:

🖼️ Choose From Library
📄 Upload Files (PDF)
🔢 Complete COES Number
After uploading the COES/CCEW document and enter the correct: COES Number
📌 Important:
✅ Uploading the COES/CCEW document alone is not enough.
✅ The correct COES Number must also be completed before finishing the Job.

📎 Step 6|Review Other VEEC Documents
Apart from COES/CCEW, other VEEC supporting documents may also be required during the VEEC workflow.
These documents can be completed by either:
📱 Installer through the Installer App
💻 or Retailer through the Retailer Portal → Job Detail → Attachments
Depending on when the information becomes available.
📌 Before VEEC Lodgement, the Retailer will review all required documents and complete any remaining requirements.

📋 Step 7|Complete VEEC Checklists
Solar VEEC jobs include additional checklist items that need to be completed before finishing the Job.
Complete :
✅ Panels Installed
✅ Battery Installed (if applicable)
✅ Monitoring Portal
✅ Inspector's Assessment Form
Review each checklist item and provide the required information.
✍️ Step 8|Complete Statements
Complete the required Statements according to the assigned Job roles.
💡 Tips ⚡ Electrician Statement Reminder
If Installer and Electrician are different people an additional: Electrician Statement must be completed.
🏁 Step 10|Finish the Solar VEEC job
Before clicking Finish Job, confirm:
✅ Required Installer App information has been completed.
✅ Required checklist items are completed.
✅ Required Statements are completed.
Then select: Finish Job
💡 Tip
To complete Solar VEEC jobs smoothly:
✅ Review Job information before starting the installation.
✅ Complete the COES/CCEW section and enter the correct COES Number.
✅ Complete all VEEC-specific checklist items before finishing the Job.
⚠️ Important
Finishing a Solar VEEC job confirms that the Installer-side workflow has been completed.
After the Installer finishes the Job:
➡️ The Retailer will review the completed Job.
➡️ The Retailer will complete any remaining document requirements.
➡️ The Retailer will perform the final VEEC Lodgement process.
